Pet Policy

Room for paws, naps, and fresh air. Foster Greens welcomes cats and dogs into a pet-friendly apartment setting where everyday routines feel simple: morning strolls on nearby walking and biking trails, sunny pauses on your private patio or balcony, and easy clean-up days with washer/dryer options in select homes. With no weight limit and up to two pets per home, you can focus on finding the space that fits your life while reviewing the policy details below for breed restrictions and fees.

When you want a longer outing, Tukwila puts leashed trail time and open green space close by, including the Green River Trail and Fort Dent Park. Ready to see the setting for yourself? Explore pet-friendly features or schedule a tour.
